I wouldn't tell my SO, and my answer would be a no. It'd cause my SO too much stress for something that's been dealt with. I'd also reconsider being in contact with my ex if that were the case.

I don't tell him because he gets like jealous about it. So I just tell the guy to fuck off and move along with my day.
