So i am 13 years old and rarely get cramps on my period but when i do they come full force i have full body aches and it hurts to move or laugh and my headaches are worse i know im not sick because i went to the doctor but can u guys plz help me deal with these cramps they hurt A LOT (ps i added anonymously because i dont like sharing my name this is not fake)
