Wearing thongs during your period yes? Or no?

I wear thongs a lot and I was wondering should I wear them during my period cuz one time I had on a thong and a tampon in and the blood went down my leg and I was wearing a skirt and it was embarrising

Period days mean granny panties for me!! Those are the days that I have that, don't touch me, don't look at me attitude Lol even towards my husband. It also helps if you have a heavy flow because you can wear a heavy duty pad with your tampon to avoid any leaks.

You could try out a menstrual cup like the diva cup. It takes a bit of getting used to but since it doesn't have a string or anything hanging down, it's easy to wear a things with it.

​Also it's a bit safer than tampons. Much less risk of toxic shock syndrome.

Also they make panty liners specifically for thongs if you really aren't down for changing your tampon more often.

I wear thongs all the time on my period. Just because my pants are tight if I'm going out or trying to look good still. I just double up! Kotex has great thing panty-liners and I always use them! I also just use a super tampon and it works out fine for me! Hope this helps

Thongs during a period is just weird to me. Granny panies all the way! But then again mine is to heavy to be able to wear a thong during it.

No I bring out my period panties. The only time I wear thongs or g-strings is on a special occassion.

Probally wouldn't recommend wearing them on your most heavy days just because you may not be able to change the tampon as often as you should. I use pads on the first couple days because I can go longer without changing them.. I have a busy life and sometimes I don't have a minute to change my tampons when I should. Sorry if that's too much information lol.

I mean I won't wear anything ends but  cheekster and thong underwear.. I use tampons and just make sure I keep up with changing them regularly so I don't leak. I usually change every 3 hours, 2 on heavier days, never really have an issue.
