I've had my period for 3 years, and it's EXTREMELY heavy. I bleed through a Tampax super plus in 15-30 mins on my heaviest days, and I have to wear double pads if I'm sleeping. I am constantly changing my tampons and it's honesty so annoying because it seems as if it takes up so much time out of my day. My mother had an endometrial ablation done to lighten her period, but she said she still has a pretty heavy flow. Did I inherit my mother's heavy flow? Any tips with a heavy period?
