So glow said the 1st was suppose to be my peak day but i had no symptoms of ovulation. My other app said my peak day was the 2nd and i did have a little more symptoms. I also got a positive ovulation test on the 2nd but i didnt test on the first. We BD'd 3 times yesterday. Today i actually have ovulation cramps which is how i usually can tell when i am. But today they really hurt. Usually i only feel them in my pelvic area but today they are making my back hurt.. We will definitely continue to BD the next two day. But heard multiple things about ovulation cramps. Ive always thought i ovulated on the day i had cramps which is the way i conceived my son. But My question is do the cramps happen on actual ovulation day or could i have ovulated yesterday and the cramps are just something that happens around ovulation time?
