OPK test never positive. Meaning?

I started taking tests every day from an OPK on CD 9. It is now CD 15 and I never got CLOSE to a positive result on any test. My temp spike started occurring on CD 13 and peaked today. 
What does that mean? Am I not ovulating at all? Or do I just have really low LH levels?

Anybody have experience with this?

This is why I quit using OPK's. For 2 months I got no positives so on my 3rd month I tested morning, lunch, and night. I found that I ovulate after morning and in the evening. So if you only test once a day you could miss it. I would've never known I was ovulating late in the day if I hadn't done that experiment. If you don't get your BFP this month try testing 3 times a day. That way you know your ovulating. If not then you know why your not conceiving! Best of luck to you.

I'm the same... On cycle day 17 and still no smiley face on my clear blue digital opk! Worried I'm not ovulating but I've heard soemtimes he opk doesn't pick up the lh surge so trying not to get discouraged. My bbt looks like I've ovulated. Don't know what todo. I just want to know I'm ovulating!!!

How long is your cycle? I would keep testing.

Thanks for the replies. My cycle can be anywhere from 27 to 31 days long. My main concern is that my BBT reflects ovulation, but the hormones aren't there. I also got Ovulation cramping on CD 10, so I'm SUPER confused by the fact that I never saw any change in LH levels.

Headed to the dollar store to get a few more strips for this month. Hopefully I will see something.
