If i do planks at 21weeks will it hurt bby

Hi there everyone I was wondering if I do planks squats here at home will I heart baby?? That's my belly just wanted to see what other thought about working out. I feel I'm getting to fat.... Just wondering. And how much can I workout n walk?? Let me know please thanks!
