Why am I bleeding?

So I had my first pd last month after a miscarriage and now on cycle day 15 I started bleeding again. I felt a gush of cm that was pink come out and then just blood. I'm kinda worried.

How many periods have you had since your MC? Just one and then this is your first cycle TTC again? It may be that you ovulated really early and now your getting AF again. MC can mess up your system. I'd log it as a period for now and maybe go see your dr and ask them?

Yea I first period after my cm was the 20th of oct. It happened sep 19th. Then I'm only CD 15 and started bleeding. I wasn't sure if I should call the dr or what.
