Im 10 weeks and 3days pregnant and im having a light brown discharge and I'm cramping here and there

The doctor said it was normal that my uterus was stressing. Finally got to hear my baby's heartbeat it was 180 ??

My doctor advised any bleeding (no matter the color) to call immediately and possibly come in. It may be nothing but it could also be a sign that something is wrong. Call your doctor ASAP.

Brown didn't mean old blood for me. Of course your going to have brown blood the first time you bleed when your pregnant because you haven't had a period. I was about 7 wks when I started bleeding brown blood and slowly over almost two weeks it changed to bright red blood. I'm having MC. I don't have any cramping and very minimal back pain when I walk too much. I think the fetus was expelled yesterday it was tissue shaped like a ball filled with blood and more tissue. I'm going in We'd to have ultrasound. I hope it passes for you with just spotting many women have that and it may be normal for you, but for me and many others it's the start of a nightmare. Call your doc and have them check your HCG levels and make sure they are doubling. Good luck to you hon just sharing this so you can be aware that this can happen too.

Brown usually means old blood. Are you still experiencing this? If it goes on for another day I would go get checked, especially if it turns red. Cramping can be normal , but again depends how severe the cramps and how long its lasting. I had minor bleeding at 8 weeks and of course freaked out, but it was nothing.
