Is it right?😰

As you can see I have posted this anonymous due to serious/ dangerous event that have been happening since Christmas eve
Since I was 5 my family and I had a joke about me having a childish crush over one of my mums godchildren( who I'm not related to at all)  Since then, he stupidly has been thinking that I still to this day have an all time crush on him, which I 100% DO NOT!!  ( btw he's now 21 and I'm only 15)
When I reached the age of 14 he started to think that I was becoming an attractive young lady?!? It was only a joke, bit of banter. As a joke he would text me saying " so when are we going on our first date?" And I would stupidly reply " next week, Nandos or McDonalds?"  I only meant this as a joke...
I realised on Christmas eve, this Christmas eve that something wasn't quite right... He was messaging me saying " so when am I going to get my Christmas kiss" " when you coming over next" should I pick you up on your own"  At this point I knew something wasn't right... It freaked me out, I started having sleepless nights, scared that the next text message or phone call I would get would be him, I became so uncomfortable, I felt like I could never look at him or his family again.
Whenever my mum made arrangements for us all to go out, as a big group I would make myself sick so I didn't have to go... I didn't want to have to spend the day/ night with a pervy 21 year old asking me for " hugs" and " kisses" and then his family joining in, thinking it's all a big joke!..NO.
Since then, 24th December 2015 to this day, he's still messaging me, asking to meet up, wanting a " date". He's always saying he's "waiting for me to turn 16"... So he can "show and treat me like a real lady"... What's that suppose to mean???
