Next ultrasound tomorrow!

I will be 7 weeks and 1 day tomorrow and I have a follow up ultrasound. I've been having spotting and bleeding for over two weeks ranging from red to brown and a little tiny bit of clotting every so often. I went a week ago and the doctor could see the two sacs but couldn't make out a fetal pole. Prayers are needed. This is my very first pregnancy and I've been worried since the bleeding started but trying to relax.
