Been trying to conceive for 8 months, will be 9 months April 1st if AF shows.. Just feeling really down and wondering what the deal is. I've had my hormone levels checked and those are all good. If I don't conceive by the beginning of July my OB/GYN is referring my SO and I to a fertility specialist. I just really don't want it to come to that. Not sure what to do because I want to be able to conceive on my own with no assistance but that's not looking promising 😔 we have tried the sperm meets the egg plan twice and that hasn't worked either. I just want my rainbow. This will be my first child (living). Any suggestions on things I can try ? Or how to stay positive?
