So my dog (I moved away but my dad kept him), is refusing to eat or drink. We've even come down to people food, treats, anything that may phase him. He just sniffs it and that's it. He doesn't like to get up or walk anymore either. his left eye doesn't move at all which is also recent. He's about 9 years old and this has been going on for about two days. (Not wanting to get up has been around for months, but now he will be aggressive when you try to get him up). My dad believes he may be dying, which I have a hard time accepting because I've had him since he was just 10 months old and it was his last day to be adopted or he would be put down. Any ideas on what may be going on? He is being taken to the vet later today but it just breaks my heart ❤️. His health has seemed to be slowly declining according to my dad but nothing that seemed to be serious, just old age.
