Circumcision 😨😨 Yes or No?

To be honest I am so confused about this... my family told me it's hygienically much better however the pediatrician at the hospital told me it's been proven that there's no pros or cons and it's just cosmetic. With my younger son we opted to not have it because daddy's wasn't and he was gonna teach him how to pee and what not and didn't want to put him thru the pain of it. I'm just curious what everyone's opinion is and if you can explain your reason for voting that way..
