Ultrasound pic

Ok so everyone has been on my neck saying I'm a horrible mother for not being worried. I know all babies look swollen but they keep saying my baby's face does not look normal. That it looks abnormal,deformed, and swollen. I have been crying all day and can't stand the pressure and negative comments. But did any of u have the same thing happen?
