Not getting pregnant 😕

I had my first child 4 1/2 years ago and ready for another one. I've been off birth control for a 1 1/2 I had the IUD . We have been having unprotected sex for awhile now and still nothing. Any tips or maybe no why it's taking so long to get pregnant? I also have my period regular. Give me tips!!
