I've been with my boyfriend for 13 months and we've been living together for a full year but we are not married and don't plan to be for a few years seeing as I'll be 17 in a month and he'll be 20 in a couple weeks. We're young but committed to eachother and have made it through some pretty rough times. I've been wondering who should have our baby's last name? My mom had me unmarried and gave me her last name, which she still believes is the right thing considering there are "no guarantees in life" but I'm still unsure.
