When do you stop taking them or do you stop ?

I only took mine in the first trimester . They made me so sick no matter what I did I puked . Even with the gummies . My doctor told me they're most important in the first trimester and she knew I wasn't taking them anymore after that . She said it was okay

I used to take them before I got pregnant and now religiously. I don't plan on stopping because they make my hair and nails look amazing!!! Also they give me a ton of energy.

U should continue to take prenat vits throughout ur pregnancy. But it would be more healthy and benefecial for u and ur baby if u take it even after u gave birth b

You take them until you have the baby, then you take post natal vitamins.
