Can you buy pre seed at a local Walmart or Walgreen's etc??

Used it my first time and got a bfn. A little goes a long way. Second time I didn't use as much or use the applicators and got my bfp. We had been trying for 9 months after a miscarriage and I am sure preseed helped us conceive, I am currently 10 weeks and made it further than my miscarriage. Lots of baby dust ladies :)
