I just started my supposed to be period today. This morning I thought it would be a little heavy as normal so I put in a super tampon. But by the time I got to work it hurt. So I took it out and put a regular in. I again changed it about 4 hrs later due to it hurting. I noticed it wasn't even half way full. So I took it out and didn't wear one for about 3 hrs. Nothing until I went back to the bathroom and it was just when I wiped. Well I put a light tampon in when I got home and 3.5 hrs later I didn't even fill up a light tampon. Idk what is going on but I'm cramping and I have been having blood clots and I saw one that was a reddish gray color. Can anyone help and might know what this could be?? Please I'm worried.
