What prenatal do you use?

I was getting severely nauseous and constipated from rainbow one (regular pills) so I was told to try gummies. I've been taking  the GNC prenatal gummy with no issues. Plus they taste like candy 😂

I'm using the OLLY brand prenatal gummies and probiotics. They are pretty tasty! You can buy them at Target, I haven't seen them anywhere else.

You should make sure to take the prenatal at night before bed, or just after eating a meal. If you take them on an empty stomach they will make you sick... Trust me I've done that not thinking and it wasn't pleasant.

Gummies! I colored them to my nature bounty vitamins and the have a little less of the ingredients but not much which I would think is to not make you sick.
