don't want to go overboard..

I know ALOT can happen with pregnancy. I have had swolleness above my ankle today kinda weird cause I havnt been on my feet but maybe an hour today, now I am having some kinda sharp pains low and when I went to the restroom it's like I had diarrhea and didn't wipe a little off? But I have not pooped since yesterday? Should I call my dr or just pregnancy stuff lol Also I'm in my 28th week
