Help me!!🙏😩

I'm 76 days late on my period. I'm 17, I'm not pregnant, but I am sexually active. I just don't know why I'm not having my period. I've never had a regular cycle and its normal for me to miss a period or two. I'm just concerned because I have cramps. I just don't bleed. Does anyone know what could be causing this? And is there anything I could do to fix it?
