Graduation dress?

Is this formal enough for graduation and my graduation party? I plan on curling my hair. I'm well aware that for graduation you wear a gown but for pictures after I'd need something nice and I love this outfit.

It shows tour belly so that's not approperiate for graduation. Like that's a big no no for formal attire. If you make it one piece then it's fine but as two pieces and showing your belly no. It's cute but not for graduation

My actittude about graduation clothes: The gown will cover it anyway ._. so I better buy something I would like to wear in other occasions as well no just for that day.
