Anybody get their period but still been pregnant?

Question

I've been getting pregnancy symptoms for a while now, and I've had a few possibly faint tests, but my period started yesterday. Kind of a light flow and not like my usual.
I still am horribly nauseous (which I never am during AF) and have big sore boobs and I just feel like I'm pregnant.

If I can't shake this feeling ill test when I'm not bleeding, but has this happened to anybody?

In 30% of pregnancies there will be some slight bleeding. I had this some months ago but then it turned into what is called a chemical pregnancy and my slight bleeding turned really heavy. A chemical pregnancy is a miscarriage where it can't be detected on a test. I had all the signs too.

I guess nausea is just a new period symptom for me 😭 I've taken more tests and they're all negative, so I just have to get this feeling out of my head.

Update! Still bleeding, but I've not ever had to use a tampon, just panty liners.
Still have this feeling that I'm pregnant, but still all bfns.
Although I did have another lady on a different forum say she had regular periods for 4 months of her pregnancy and didn't get a positive pee test.
I know that I'm probably not pregnant but I just can't shake this feeling.

I had my period with my first baby for the first 4 months and my baby was perfectly fine every BODY is different but still get it checked it out dr told me it could be an ectopic pregnancy
