Discharge all the time

So this has been going on for months, and I have no idea what to think. I have been having kind of a brownish discharge for a while now (at least December), regardless of my period (which is one of the times I don't really bleed because of my implant), and I'm confused. Does this happen to anyone else? Around December, I went to the doctor with my fiance to have her take a look, she said it all appeared normal. I've taken to wearing pads daily because of this, and of COURSE on the days I dont is when it happens mainly. I get that often before a period it kinda flushes you out to prepare, but this is every day! I notice it mainly when I wipe, when my fiance and I have sex, or whenever I play with myself. It let's up sometimes and I can be okay without a pad, but that's a rarity. I've been in recovery from anorexia for a year now, and my periods are still regulating, could it be from that? I was also tested back in September for STDS, came back clean, as did fiance. Does this happen to anyone else?
