I never knew

How better I would feel after changing my diet! I've gone from eating takeaway food almost every day to eating home made meals more fruit and veg and exercising. I feel so much happier, less stressed and I don't feel ill every night anymore! I feel so much healthier and energetic I love it! I've only had two takeaways in the past two weeks and a half and I'm very proud of myself for resisting when my SO had about 4. Today I got a pizza which I'm only now noticing how greasy it is, I'm not going back to that I feel so much better and like a healthy full feeling after I eat not sick as a pig
