Remedies for swelling?😁

So this weekend was sort of a vacation for my boyfriend and I and so we had a lot sex. Like A LOT. And now, I'm hurting. My vagina is super swollen and raw feeling and just feels sore. Does anyone have any remedies for this?

Apply a cold compress for 15 mins a couple of times a day- and next time, use lube!  My boyfriend and I usually need some around the third or fourth time in a weekend.

Not gonna lie my boyfriend and I sometimes have rough sex & mine gets exactly like that too!!! I sit there & get so sad cause I want it to go away! I found little ice packs in my freezer & I decided to put it on my crotch outside of my underwear, oh it's cold af but trust me makes it feel sooooo much better!!! Hope this helps!
