So, I know, I'm surely overreactive since I'm pregnant, but I just so annoyed and tired about my mom giving me advice here and there and she thinks she knows everything and I know nothing! Of course, I'm ftm but she had only one child 24 years ago when the only source of knowledge was her mom and grandma. Everything has changed since that time! She tells me I need to prepare my breasts for bf by massaging niples with rough cloth! She tells me to make physical exercises while I'm completely forbidden to do any bc of high risk pregnancy. When we were arranging furniture in nursery she chose the designer "because I pay money" (I planned to ask her to pay only for one piece, but she decided to pay for everything...), now she insist on buying baby bath stand and even when I told her we don't need this she just didn't listen. She told me that we would bath our baby in the dining room and then change his clothes on a dining table, I can't figure out why we should do that if we have special baby dresser... Also she truly believe we should give our dog to them bc we will be so busy with the baby and our dog is so loud... And finally she told me that I make you speak to me like to a mentally sick person bc I don't agree with her advice! Like what?! I ask her if I really need advice, like about beddings and sheets, potty training etc. But why she thinks she should tell me everything to do with My baby?

We had hard times living together before I moved to my husband and since that time our relationships become better, but now it's total disaster! I'm so pissed off!
