URGENT: NEED HELP FROM ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN EPTOPIC

I am 7 weeks 3 days pregnant baby not visible at last sono and hvg not doubling properly with low progesterone. Was told i would miscarry over a week ago had heavy bleedimg and cramps with clotting thought that was it but hcg has risen twice since then. No longer bleeding or cramling last 2 days then about an hour ago i started to feel this sensation on my left side, not cramps but major discomfort, pressure on my tail bone left hip bladder and pelvis urge to urinate almost constant and little to no pee. Urine is not dark in color and discomfort is slighty lessened by sitting leaning toward my left side but pain is mostly a sensation of a very full bladder making my abdomin and pelvis sore. No fever does not hurt to press on that side. My dr told me if i had pain to call the emergency service number for their office instead of just heading straight to er so i have a call in to them but i am waiting on a return call and i am nervous about waiting too long but i had a miscarriage in Jan and when i went to er they asked me why i didnt go to my drs office (the answer was it was 8am and they werent open yet) and i was in the hallway of the er sitting in a chair between two men bleeding all over myself losing my child in full on labor for over 8 hours without so much as a tylenol so if i can avoid that experience again i would prefer it, please let me know if you were eptopic and one of your symptoms was extreme urge to urinate and pressure on pelvis and tail bone
