Less than a week ago I had a D&C due to a missed miscarriage the day of I had cramping and passed a pretty large clot but I haven't bled since. I had cramps for a few days but they seem to have subsided. My question is has anyone experienced swelling in the lower abdomen/pelvic area after this procedure? Is it normal or a sign of infection?  If it's normal how long does it last? Please help my doctor didn't give me much information to go off of here so I'm kind of in the dark. Thanks!
