I have been trying to figure out a pattern of when during the month i am experiencing gas with discomfort and bloating.. Usually last a few days. I have been thinking its IBS so i started probiotics last month. I realize though when it started last night.. It always seems to start a couple weeks before my period. So maybe it actually has to do with ovulation. Anyone familar with this? I have 12 days until my period. I though my ovulating day was friday or sunday last week but maybe this happens after? I also had sex saturday and sunday during my fertile window... So we will see. Anyone input?
