I've recently become sexually active and just started the pill and I've noticed that my vag smells different I think and a little stronger. Does this mean that I'm pregnant?

It can be hormones from the birth control, your pH level balancing from you recently becoming sexually active, not washing it after, not cleaning properly, so on and so forth.
