23 and MC first baby

I have PCOS so getting pregnant was amazing and so important to us. Had a stressful pregnancy with lots of bleeding and trips to hospital. Had a scan at 7 weeks and everything was fine and then at 12 weeks and found out our baby died at 10. That was 24/11/2015. We've been trying ever since and haven't fallen yet. Heartbroken as my body forced me to take part in a miscarriage that I didn't agree with. And I fear everyday that I won't be able to have a baby.  Does anyone have any tips for falling pregnant again? Apart from the obvious, any old wives tales?
