Severe pain

Every month I have severe pains from my period. I can barely put in a tampon because my vagina is so swollen inside and it hurts so bad. Also I go through about 6 supers a day and I'm 5'3 140lbs. My back has so much pressure in it that it feels like it could actually break. My feet get freezing cold and go numb and absolute nothing I've tried helps with the pain? Is this what every woman goes through when they have their period cycle? If so what helps??????
