I just made the dreaded phone call to my Gyn for Friday to begin finding out why we can't get pregnant. I'm 36 and my hubbs is 39. We tried for 6 months and finally conceived but it ended in an early MC.  Can anyone give me insight as to what to expect when we start fertility testing? My appointment this week is just a consultation but I'm wondering what they look for first. I'm pretty sure I do ovulate bc I track with OPK and bbt. My cycles are regular. I have no diagnosed medical issues at all (I get regular physicals and all blood work is normal.)
