I'm sure someone has posted about this, but I'm super frustrated. I had a complete D&C on 3.21. Minimal bleeding until Friday when I had heavy bright red blood. Tapered off to where I had minimal on Sunday. Went back to work yesterday and both yesterday and today have had really heavy bleeding in the morning. I really want to resume my workouts, but am worried that I keep alternating from light to heavy in 24 hours. Anyone else have this experience? When can I anticipate it staying light? I called the OB nurse who said the doctor says bleeding can last 3 weeks; however, during my D&C, the doctor said 2. 😩
