3cm dilated, 75% effaced, but no contractions
At my midwife appt this morning, I was 3cm dilated and 75% effaced. I'm due tomorrow but no labor yet. What can I do to jumpstart this? Did anyone else stay at 3 and 75 for very long? I reallllllly don't want to be preg for another 2 weeks (no induction). Baby measuring around 8lbs too.
