I'm One week 2 days PP I still cant poop right :( but I feel great. 
I Have 3 or 4 days oh horrible Baby blues and cried for hours :(

I'm 3 weeks pp and just starting to feel more comfortable in my own skin again. Still taking my colace and dealing with some discomfort while I heal down there..  Other than that I've been pretty impressed with the "bounce back" that my 29 year old body has accomplished so far.

I probably cry once a day for any number of reasons. Sheer exhaustion being the primary factor. Combine that with the witching hour, cluster feeding, or whatever else and it gets ugly pretty quick! Lol

But but but... This little angel.... Worth every second of it..

4 weeks postpartum today and I feel awesome lost the 12 pounds I gained and got a flatter tummy than what I had before. I had my son at 38 weeks exactly via VBAC and was discharged after 24 hours. I was up and moving outside the house the first week with my older two kids 5 1/2 and 7 with basketball practice. I decided to take only a week off so that I can start my clinicals in order to finish the program on time. I'm doing 9 1/2 hours during the week at a pediatric office and off on the weekends. My husband got 24 days paternity leave with the military so he was able to stay home with our little one majority of the time then my step father just flew up to watch him for my last week. My little one wakes up every 4-5 hours through the night and we take turns feeding so that we aren't exhausted the next day. We pretty much go about life as if nothing really changed, cooking and cleaning is the same..

2 weeks 2 days PP and I just want to curl up in a ball and cry all the time. Broke down the other night because my baby started crying because I put her down. I've already spoiled her and I feel so bad for it. I don't feel like I'm worth anything anymore and feel ugly. I constantly sleep so I don't feel so alone. My body is back to the way it was before I was pregnant but it doesn't feel the same. Can I just have a rock to live under forever and just never come back out???😢😢😢😢

I'm 4 days pp and feel so grateful. Physically, I feel much better than I did with my first baby. The constant breastfeeding is a new surprise.

3 weeks pp here. It was rough at first, mentally. I had no help because my husband had to go back to work immediately. I'm typically a heavy sleeper and my precious baby boy is waking every two hours to feed and I feel like I'm going crazy sometimes. The sleep I get in between is not restful. It feels like I close my eyes and then he wakes up two seconds later. Had a bit of the baby blues and some post partum depression but I'm working on it. Physically I'm doing okay. I had a vaginal wall tear and a labial tear so I can't sit on hard surfaces and pretty much confine myself to the couch. I know it could have been much worse. The rest of my body feels great, I can move without pain and I can dress myself again, something I wasn't able to do while pregnant because of SPD. And my shoes fit again! ❤️ Here's my baby boy 😘 Another poster was right, all of this is worth it for him.

I'm physically and mentally exhausted! And super constipated it's uncomfortable. You look great! I'm 9 days pp and have a weird square shaped belly lol it looks like a deflated bag😖can't wait to start working out.

21 days pp here, physically I feel good, although I've had bad neck pain and headaches...emotionally I've had baby blue days also...I just cried and cried until I felt better...can't wait til I can finally take my boy put and push him on the stroller! Although it is hard to take care of myself when he won't sleep in during the day 😂

The 31st will be 3 weeks pp for me. Physically, i feel awesome, since i can go back to doing things normal now like cleaning, lifting heavy things, bending down lol. Mentally and emotionally ok. I had ppd with my 1st girl for about a year and it was at it's worst. This time, i feared i would get it again but thankfully my baby blues went away the first week and a half. It's tough, the little sleep, balancing 2 children, but it's all so worth it ❤

12 days pp here. Feeling better than I thought I would. My biggest struggle has been breastfeeding. I did it for 6 days but after that I couldn't anymore. My nipples were so sore, cracked and bleeding. I would cry whenever she had to eat. I've been pumping so at least she is getting breast milk. My nipples are mostly healed but now I'm scared to try breastfeeding again. Besides that, I am so in love with little Amelia! I can't get enough of her!
