Has anyone else had problems getting routine prenatal tests covered?  I'm talking about HIV, Gonorhea and Chlamydia screenings to be exact.  I just received bills for these and it was my understanding these tests are to be covered at 100% for pregnant women if you go to an in network Doctor.  My doctors office says they used pregnancy codes but my insurance says they didn't use healthcare reform codes but won't tell me which ones they need.  The healthcare.gov website even says these tests should be covered.  This is so frustrating and equals to over $200 that I definitely could use elsewhere!!!  Anyone else?  What can I do???
