Which one ? 😓

I'm on the Depo right now but I really want to switch because I've heard so many bad and risky things about it. Also, it made my period longer and completely unbearable. I mean I was screaming. So I was thinking the patch? IUD looks scary as well as the implant. And I'm not good at remembering so the pill would be my last option. Anyone had good experience with the patch or recommend anything?
