Frustrated TTC baby #1

I'm so frustrated.. i am 1week over due for AF which is exciting except for the fact that every test i take a get a BFN I even had my OBGYN order a blood HCG and it was neg. But i feel so off! And not like im gonna start my period. I am kinda crazy emotionally right now and i am NEVER like this.. I have alot of clearish CM, my nipples itch but arent sore, im nauseated constantly throughout the day.. my back hurts and my abdomen is getting tighter and im not even working out.. anyone else having these symptoms??
