Cramps at 7wk

I am around 7 weeks and a few days not specifically in a row but in the past month I've experienced cramps... I just want to hear other women's experiences and if it's completely normal or actually quite rare? I've not had any spotting or any discolour, but I have had a moderate amount of CM that's been white and creamy... Being pregnant I have had unprotected sex with my OH & we don't waste his cum (sorry if tmo lmao) just for you to get an idea if it could be that? Just wondering if it could be infection? Or allergy towards him or anything?

I've looked up a lot of things but I don't like to go running to the doctors all the time as I've had enough run ins with them..
