Lost and confused

I've been talking to this guy for about two months now. I was gone out if town for a family emergency and when i came back we had unprotected sex but now I think while I was gone he was seeing his ex. I haven't taken a pregnancy test yet because I feel it is still to early to tell. What do you ladies think I should do?? I don't want to end up pregnant and alone.
