Pro-black

Can someone be pro-black but have a white husband and kids? This girl on my Facebook is black and is always posting problack things and talking about how black lives matter the thing is her husband is white, and even her kids look full white they have red hair. I feel she is being fake when she says she is problack and constantly talking about black lives what do you think?
