I am only about 4 1/2 weeks pregnant. I just found out last week. But today I started feeling this weird "fullness" in my vaginal area.... almost the feeling of it being swollen down there (sorry, probly tmi!). It almost feels like something is stuck up in there, but there's nothing. Has anyone else experienced this during pregnancy? The only other symptom I've had so far are sore, tingly, achy boobs
