Nervous/Anxious/Freaking Out

So by this app it says I'm 5wks 3d and I haven't had any more abdominal cramping, but I just coughed, not even really hard, and both of my ovaries had a sharp pain in them. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I'm just really freaking out about if this one is okay due to not being far enough along to see it on ultrasound, and the pains I just had. Idk why I'm worrying so much, just so freaked out and worried. 😩😩😩😩
