Calling all ladies with PCOS!!

I've known about and been diagnosed with PCOS for almost 4 years now. However now that I am closer and almost ready to have a baby (which is something I didn't want until recently) I am very scared that I won't be able because of my pcos. Could anybody tell me about their experiences with getting pregnant with the syndrome or if you couldn't get pregnant? Any medication or tricks you tried?
