Thoughts?? Whatcha think??

I've been running a low fever of 99 the past few days, and I've had diarrhea a few times, boobs are sore and nipples are a brownish color. I feel kinda nauseous today.. I took one of those cheap test yesterday afternoon (mainly bc I'm a week late...but I did have a miscarriage last month so it could have thrown my period off) and it said negative. Should I try again in a few days or y'all think it's just a viral thing? I can't tell. I've also had a few dull pains in my lower back (about 3 times) the past few days and a few pains around my Fallopian tubes.... I'm either 16 dpo or 8 (my app says I'm 16, but my cervix was high soft and open with a lot of EWCM 8 days ago with ovulation pain) thoughts??
