big blood clots during depo shot?

I've had my period for a week now, and today while I was using the bathroom I felt something pretty big slide out and it was a large blood clot.

Should I be concerned?

What should I do?

It's been a week already on my period, it kind of stinks having your period and especially on your honeymoon week!
